Glow says today is the day that I'm ovulating and and today is the important day to have sex. Now wat do I do?
(I'm new to this so I'm just trying to reassure myself)?

So if u are using opks you will know if you had a surge and you sld have sex the day ovulation is predicted and probably another two days just in case. Glow is an estimate your body gives signals via test and cm checks and BBTs. Then you wait for your next period to come. You should Google the SMEP plan. Lots if folks had success using it.
