Back pain and swollen ankles here. weight started at 160 now I'm 179.

I'm 16 weeks and swollen feet started this week. Along with my knees going out from this weight I gained. Not use to having weight gain. I started at 180 and up to 190.

Yes! I'm on my feet all day and I try to keep my water intake up, but I still get the swelling by the end of the day.
