Lost my daughter 6 weeks ago at 29 weeks pregnant, want to get pregnant again

I had severe IUGR and oligohydraminos with my daughter I was in the hospital for 5 weeks and they decided to take her she did not make it she only lived 2 hours. This was the hardest thing that I have ever been through but I can't help my overwhelming urge to have a baby. I had a traditional c-section with her and have already had a cycle and it lasted 9 days when did your cycles become regular after c-section?
