sleeper or bouncer?

I don't want to get a sleeper & bouncer if they basically are the same thing, is it safe for a newborn to sleep in a bouncer or should I get a sleeper?

According to hospitals and any child services they Will tell you it is not safe for a child to sleep in a bouncer.

Babies should only sleep flat. A sleeper or bouncer can increase their risk of sids, developmental delays etc.

My baby slept in both and now for my second I'll only be getting a bouncy seat-they're still reclined and cuddles baby

It's crazy how a simple question in a post becomes a heated debate lol is pooling pregnant hormonal women together for opinions a good idea? 😜 our best bet all the way around is our doctors/pediatricians, our own experiences and our instincts. This will be my second baby, but I'm much older than my 6 younger siblings and I've watched my mom and my aunts both go against and take dr advice. Our best bet is to be as educated as possible and DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU AND YOURS and stop giving ea other such a hard time!

I will put my baby to bed the way I put the other 3 , before the rock n play my kids loved the swing during the day and at night pack n play / crib . Not my first child and they were all fine , like anything you have to move them around and watch them , the things you put your child in aren't babysitters
