Tired all the time again

Anybody else gone back to being sleepy all the time again? That left me about 13 weeks and I had more energy and felt like doing more stuff. Now at 23 weeks I've gone back to not having any kind of energy at all and fighting to keep my eyes open all day. I'm a teacher so I'm on summer break and I find myself sleeping until nearly 11 which is something I never do even on the weekends. I also don't have the energy to clean my house or go do very much so it's just really weird that it's come back so soon. I thought I'd have until my 3rd trimester lol
