I have a question?!

Saturday i had globs of egg white cervical mucus. .like when i wiped there was ALOT! We dtd that night. Last night we dtd also and upon entering my cervix felt tender. We dtd but was careful. Today my cervix is noticeabley tender and crampy. ..my lower belly is crampy. Period isnt to start for 2wks. Is this crampy tenderness normal during ovulation? Is it a good thing?
