I bought generic ovulation tests to save on money.. They seemed accurate last month but yesterday when I used one I thought it was strange that the lh surge line was so much darker than the reference line but the instructions assured me that meant positive.. It was positive again today and looked the same and I just had a weird feeling about the tests so I went and bought a box of first response ovulation tests and peed on both at the same time and the generic is positive and the brand name is negative... What do you all think? Bad generic tests?? The top is first response and the bottom is generic.. The 2nd picture is the instructions to show that the darker blue line is the lh surge line
