Are they contagious, is there anything my cousin can drink so they go away ?

They are warts.  Eat more carrots and use compound w. If that doesn't work then see a dermatologist and have them frozen off.

Looks like bug bites or a reaction to something. Try putting some witch hazel on them to dry them up, or some rubbing alcohol could help, too.
