Fussy newborn?

My newborn is about 12 hours old now. And I started breast feeding her asap and she drank, burped and fell asleep. Then I started breast feeding every two hours but the last two times she kept screaming like she wasn't getting enough and she was feeding on one breast for 40 mins !!! So then I told nurse to bring me a bottle and she drank that. But she's still fussy and won't fall asleep. She hasn't peed yet . I'm exhausted I haven't slept in almost 24 hours. She just keeps whimpering , is that normal ? Is she still getting used to her surroundings
