Implantation or ovulation dip?

Okay so I'm unsure if this is an ovulation dip or implantation dip. I haven't had my thermometer until now, so I missed temping in my firtle window. The two days before temps I had creamy/egg white cm. Today I'm having a constant mild cramp feeling, my boobs hurt, and I'm really bloated. Could anyone help me figure out which it's more likely? TTC #2, miscarried last month.

Today and last month at 4dpo I got a dip in my chart, i looked it up and apparently you can have an estrogen surge around that time which causes the dip. Implantation dips happen around 6 DPO onwards. But now just keep checking your temps to see if they keep rising until after AF is due, there's a small chance it's implantation. Baby dust!

I think it's possible you may have just ovulated a little later than your window. The symptoms sound like things that can also be ovulation. Good luck! Baby dust!
