Trying for my first...

So I had my ovulation week and it ended around the 22-23.......we had Intercourse every single day and this week my body just feels funny....lingering headaches, bloated 2 days of nausea, and muscle spasms in my lower belly......anyone else ever felt like that? Some people say they know as soon as it happens but I don't know....can you test earlier than your missed period mine is due around the 4-5....
