LO is 18 days old and has only gained back a little over half of what she lost after birth, which was already a lot at 11%. I'm making milk, pumping after every feed and returning as much as I can by syringe, but today our pediatrician and lactation consultant are having us start using a SNS. If she doesn't gain by Friday we will have to supplant with formula. I'm feeling really discouraged right now.
