Early pregnancy symptoms?

Okay ladies I need your help. The last few days I have had the worst nausea that I have ever experienced. I have bad hot flashes at night. I am constantly tired, whether I sleep for 5 hours or 8+ hours, I'm constantly exhausted.

Also, my two year old soon-to-be step daughter (in the middle of watching cartoons) walks over to where I'm curled up under a blanket on the couch. She uncovers me, moves my shirt so she can see my stomach, rubs my stomach, and says "awww baby" then hugs me. I was so shocked. Then she just goes back to watching her cartoons. My fiancé and I never talk about having another baby in front of her. What does this mean? Can toddlers predict pregnancy?
