Cycle is very irregular. Not a clue when I'm ovulating. Should I take an ovulation test everyday?

My doctor suggested waiting until your cycle is regular or very close to start tracking ovulation. It doesn't work well for women with PCOS unless you're regular first.

My doc warned that the tests cab give you false positive when you have pcos. Have you tried temping?  I got s positive test twice but not a temp change then positive test and a temp change lol

Take vitex (400-1200mg start high the first month then reduce following months) aka chaste berry extract daily. In 1-3 months most women find their cycles are completely regular. I went from cycles every 2 weeks to 3 months to every 30 days give or take 2 days max.

I tried doing OPKs twice a day all month and it still didn't catch it. It might be worth doing to know if that works for you or not...but for some people it won't detect it.
