Prenatal vitamins
They say to take these even before you get pregnant. I been taking the little bottle for quite some time- its my 2nd bottle, and used to have 100 now has only 30 pills left (1 a day). Recently I read an article that stated that you need DHA in your vitamin to be helpful for your body, even before baby. So I bought the big bottle today.
My questions are- what do you use? Are you taking a vitamin before pregnancy?
