Hi ladies! I need help! So, I have a history of PCOS and erratic periods which makes tracking everything pretty difficult especially since stopping BCP. So I'm on CD 53. No period but also no pregnancy symptoms. I've taken 3 HPTs since the first day of my missed period almost 3 weeks ago. All have been negative. A few days ago I had some brief but intense cramping on my left side. I thought I was possibly ovulating but an OPK was negative. I noticed last night that my CM was very creamy, not egg white but what it is before that stage (at least from my experience and sorry if TMI). I decided to take an OPK with FMU and  it came back positive. I'm so confused! Could I be ovulating with no period this month? Could it be a false positive? Could it be a positive pregnancy? Ahhh! Help!
