AF or no?

I really don't know if I started my period or not. Today is the 3rd day I've had brown spotting (I guess you could call it) every once in awhile I'll get a pink spot or two. It's not enough to use a tampon but it fills up a panty liner throughout a whole day. Today I woke up and had to throw up out of no where. I'm confused and nervous now because I told my SO I started my period but now I'm not sure. Help! I'm CD 22 and about 9/10 DPO.
