Please help!

After 2 consecutive ivf failures, im driving myself crazy. Im 5 days late, and all i can think of is a miracle. I've been feeling all types of pains in my female areas, just as if i was getting my period, but it just won't come. I dont know what to think now, i did a test on my 1st day of being late but was negative. Please girls, what should i do? How do i make all this clear to myself and hubby?
