Anyone still on Progesterone?

How far along are you? What's your dosage? How is it administered? Thanks ^_^

I was doing vaginal progesterone and baby aspirin up until 16 weeks.  I am now 26 weeks and  3 days.  They put me on it due to my 2 miscarriages before baby number one and my one miscarriage before this pregnancy now.  I think it absolutely helped.

I've been on it since 5 weeks. My OB said there's no harm in staying on it until I'm at least 37-38 weeks. Mine is 200 mg pills I take at night. So I have about 10 weeks left of taking it. I do t have a histo of pre term labor just two previous miscarriages. She said that it could help "plan" when the baby will be born within a week or so of stopping.

Yup. I've got the suppositories....every night. Started them at 23 weeks. I have to wear a pad the rest of the day. They cause me to have oily discharge thatstains my clothes 😁 eek. But I'll do anything to keep this baby in my belly longer (I'm currently 28 weeks)!

I've been taking the shots since I was 18 weeks. I get 250 my a week. They worked for me with my first son and I didn't have him until 36 weeks. Hopefully they help with this one too! So far so good! :)

Thank-you everyone! 😊 Looks like most suppositories and shots are around 200, HOWEVER the suppositories are every day while the shots are only once/wk. 😕 So, those of you on the shot-- do you not need as much a day? Does your 200 weekly shot equal the same as if you took only a 30 suppository every day? 😕 ((210 / 7-days-in-a-week = 30)) Thanks!

Weekly injection of 250. The injections are painful for me because they burn for several hours after but totally worth it! I get mine until 36 weeks.

I've been taking IM injections every Thursday since 20 weeks, currently 30 weeks 3 days. My husband gives them to me at home. My last injection will be at 36 weeks.

I am I have been on them since I was 17 weeks and I will be on them until 36 weeks and I get the 250 mg and I am currently 29 weeks and 4 days I have 7 more shots to go

I am. Started at 22 weeks for preterm labor, 29w now & I'm on it until 36w.  Mine is given as a weekly 250mg injection

I started 200 mg vag suppository at 17 weeks and will continue to 37 weeks. Hopefully to prevent cervix from opening up too soon. Contractions have already started so it's not completely working.
