Mid cycle spotting.. Not sure what to think. Any ideas?

I stopped my birth control in February. and I never had mid cycle spotting until this cycle and last cycle. It's only there when I wipe. Last cycle on CD 25 I had brown spotting and CD 26 I had pink spotting. And AF started 4 days later. Then today, CD 14, I had pink spotting when I wipe and check CM. I had a positive opk 2 days ago, but my bbt hasn't confirmed ovulation yet, so idk if the bleeding this cycle has anything to do with ovulation. I'll post my chart. But last cycles spotting was way after ovulation.

The only other thing I can think of is I had an argument with my husband last night. so can getting upset cause anything? It would make a little bit more sense to me if my spotting happened around the same CD both cycles, but the last time was way after ovulation and this time is before or around ovulation.

What's going on? :/
