Help me plz

So my last period was May 26,2015 and according to glow was supposed to hVe my period on the 22 or 23 or jun and still nothing , also my breast are sore ,I also have back pain ,I'm also naseous here and there a bit of headaches and tired I sleep a lot ... I took a pregnancy test it came out  ( - ) ... What should I do should I just wait a few more days or what plz I need some advice 😭😭😭
