low carb
I have been on a low carb diet since March. It has helped a lot with my weight loss but now I'm 5 weeks 2 days pregnant and not sure if I should stay on it. It has been a life style change but I want to make sure that the baby is getting what it needs. I had a m/c in January and scared to death I'm going to have another one. Can anyone help ? I go for my 8 week check on the 23 of July.
