Endo and bleeding in pregnancy

Aislin
Last month I had a miscarriage - when I was pregnant and rushed to the EPU with bleeding I was examined and told the bleed was nothing to do with the pregnancy, that endometriosis on my cervix was causing the bleed and there was no reason to suspect at that point that the pregnancy was in trouble (cervix was closed, pregnancy test was positive)
I stopped bleeding and then a couple of days later I miscarried (much heavier bleeding and a lot of pain).
My partner and I are trying again as soon as my period returns (doctor said it was okay) and I'm trying to sort of make sense of what happened and I have a whole bunch of questions
Is bleeding during pregnancy more common with endometriosis? Were the two things completely unrelated? Could the endo bleed have caused the miscarriage, or could the miscarriage have caused the endometriosis on my cervix to start bleeding (falling hormones?)? When I get pregnant again am I more likely to have another bleed from my cervix? I know I'm at a lower chance of conception but am I at higher risk of miscarriage?
Sorry this turned into a rant. Just feeling a little lost as I've been nagging my doctor with suspected endometriosis for years and nothing was done about it, they only found out when I was examined at the hospital for a suspected miscarriage and I was sort of told 'yeah you have endometriosis, your baby is almost certainly fine, go home and rest' (baby was not fine :() and I have no more information other than that.
