Miscarriage again?

I'm 5 weeks and 6 days. Woke up this morning my breasts are no longer sore. And I have cramps, not awful but they are there. And low back pain more towards the left side of back. No bleeding. But I'm so freaked out. I had a m/c on May 14th and had a d/c. Not sure what to think. I want to go to Prompt Care but thinking they probably won't be able to do anything.

Mine dissappeared around then too and I also had a miscarriage two weeks before getting pregnant again last month. 7.5 weeks now and nausea is almost every day but sore boobs are off and on. Light cramps are pretty normal I think!

I've had cramps throughout and my boobs have been sore, not sore, kinda sore. I wouldn't worry unless you are bleeding heavily. Drink extra water. You could be dehydrated. Try to relax. It's not worth the stress.

I'm confused. How are u 5w6d if u had a miscarriage 5 weeks ago? You can go to the doctor if you want, even if they can't physically do anything. At least you'll have answers and peace of mind.

This sounds exactly like what happened to me at 5w5d. I woke up and all my pregnancy symptoms were gone. My boobs weren't sore or swollen like they had been. I had mild cramping but no bleeding. It's now a week later (6w5d) and everything is fine. My hcg levels are rising appropriately and my symptoms came back at 6wks. I was so worried but it seems things are ok! I hope the same for you!

I had a mc back in Oct with no signs what so ever. Went in for an ultrasound and was shocked!! Hopefully you are okay but I totally understand the worry!!! Hang in there!!
