4 follicles and a large cyst :-/

So I went for an ultrasound today and I had 4 mature follicles which is great! But I'm  nervous bc they also found a 4.5 cm hemorrhagic cyst that makes me nervous! I've had 3 surgeries to remove cysts and I'm afraid it is going to happen again. I have a good chance this month, what happens if I am pregnant and I have a large cyst? Anyone know anything about this? I have to wait until Monday to talk to my dr and it's killing me......
