I was on clomid, had all the signs that I was ovulating, cramps and smiley on OPK but my dr said that my hormones said that I didn't ovulate. So yes I would say that it is possible to get a smiley OPK and not ovulate.

I literally just took an ovulation test and it was positive and I got my bfp almost a week ago! So, apparently ovulation test not only detect LH surges they can detect hcg whereas hpt only pick up hcg!!

Is it possible to get a positive (smiley face) OPK but not ovulate ??
