Please Help! BBT tracking?

Question

I've been tracking for about a week....it's usually 97.9 F or close to that. Today says I should be at peak fertility and my temp was 98.6 F. The whole time I've been BBT charting this week, AND tonight.....my ovulation test sticks are negative..... I'm so confused.

A temp spike indicates you have already ovulated. Your OPK tests could be negative because those detect the LH hormone surge that occurs 12-36 hours before you ovulate. Also high temps could be from a fever, drinking alcohol, not taking temps at the same time every morning, etc.
