Twin mistake??

Question

Has anyone else went in for their first ultrasound early and seen one baby but then later on found out there was 2?? I have been terribly sick since 6 weeks, I'm almost 10 weeks and I honestly feel like I felt the baby move, or I'm just crazy but I'm just curious if that has ever happend.

I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks because of complications - at that point you can't really see much... But at 8 weeks we had two in there ! :)

My cousin is a sonographer, and she said they had a woman come in for her normal ultrasound and found a second baby. Lol! Totally can happen!!!

I can't shake the feeling I'm having twins even though my ultrasound at 5 weeks 6 days only showed one baby. I've never had morning sickness and I've had it very, very early in this pregnancy. I just have this inkling...call it intuition that there is more than one baby in there.

Following!  The suspense is killing me! My midwife said my uterus is larger than it should be at 12w and the baby's heartbeat was found much higher than it should be! Ahhh! 😀 No history of twins in my family or his! I am 37 with 4 singletons, sooo my mind is blown right now! Can't wait for our US this week!

When I went it for my first ultrasound to see if I was pregnant. The doctor saw one baby. Then she paused and said she could hear 2 heartbeats. Moved the thing around and then my other baby popped in the picture. The funny thing is that my babies are fraternal twins. 2 different pregnancies. They are 4 days apart.

They didn't see baby b until my third ultrasound.

I have that feeling.  And I have had 4 other kids and never felt this way. Everything is way swollen and I swear I can feel like bubble movement.  Not like kicks or Nothing but it's hard to explain.  I have my appt on July 10th and haven't found anyone else that feels it or even gets what I am saying so it's either true or I am crazy. Lol.... I am hoping it's true and it's twin girls cause so far I have all boys. Good luck!

Very interested... Following... I'm was just questioning this... My husband has twins all in his family and it's his turn so kind of hoping for twins ;) one boy one girl!! ☺️ but first ultra sound only shows one  next appointment is 8th!

Yes my first US we only saw one baby. We went in for our next appt and there were 2 little ones! My father is a twin and I've always wanted a set. My husband and I are over the moon! Currently 13.5 weeks :) as far as movement for me, none yet. Any movement at this earlier stage in pregnancy is probably gas. Doctor mentioned possibly feeling them move around weeks 15-20. I can't wait!
