I have a friend who I love dearly but her choice in men is horrible. She's had a few good picks but she left them all and now she's with a guy that we all hate. He's terrible he's rude disrespectful 35 unemployed and selling drugs. One day she called me screaming and crying because they got into a fight and he gave her a black eye me and my husband came and picked her children up and put them in the car until the police came (the police let both of them go because they both had bruises but her eye got blacker as the days went on mind you she's already dark like a milk chocolate complexion so imagine how hard she had to be hit. Well this morning she calls me and says I might be married by Halloween m like ummm I really want to be supportive of her but I'm just like why him. She feels she invested to much time and energy to let him go. I wanted to scream I hate him he's not even invited to any of my family's events o can't go to her wedding can I? I don't think I'll be able to hide my dislike for him if I do. She told me she would marry him even if her friends and family didn't approve. My response was I don't care I don't have to be with him am I wrong for feeling like this? Can I be supportive and still dislike him?
