When is it that your baby is supposed to be head down?

I have a question, when babies turn head down, does the movement decrease?

I went for a ultrasound  at 16 weeks and 5 days and our daughter is already head down she stays really low in my pelvis area I'm only 18 weeks and 4 days now and last couple days have had a lot of pelvic pressure

My OB told me most babies make their way into head-down position between 30-34 weeks.

My baby did at 28 weeks so he's been head down for a bit, I'm 33 weeks now

I went for a ultra sound when I was 29 weeks and my son had already turned around and now I'm 30 + 1
