i had severe cramps last night similar to those of AF, my ovulation on Glow is completely messed up due to AF going AWOL (only lasting 1-3 days and only being spotting, apart from in February when this started it was really heavy) im not too sure if/when i ovulated... so last night could have been implantation or it could just be cramps or it could be something else entirely... no insurance so cant go to Dr to find out more 😒

Mine was cramps, like full on AF cramps. Super painful. It was 7DPO for me but implantation can be anywhere from 6-12DPO.
