Boyfriend deployed for 6 months

My boyfriend left for his deployment this morning. I'm not adjusting very well, I can't stop crying even though I know be is going to be just fine. This is his first deployment for 6 months. I'm just sad. I go to work and the gym to keep me busy but it's really not working. I don't how to deal with this yet. Any advice? Please.
