ultrasound

So I have a question for everyone, I am 2 months late for my period and have gone to the doctor and had pregnancy tests done both via blood work and normal test all of which has been negative. I now have an appointment for an ultrasound this week. my question is has anyone had multiple bfn and then had an ultrasound that has showed pregnancy? I just don't know what to expect.... I'm hoping there is something there but don't want to get my hopes up!
