The Hubby and I have been trying for 3 months now (religiously every other day/every day during the fertile week) and AF showed her ugly face this week... Starting to wonder if any conception aides really do work?

My sister in law and her friend both conceived the month they started using pre-seed and a vitamin her and her husband tried called "fertilaide"... Obviously could be a coincidence but has anyone else used this? Just curious because I've never even heard of the vitamins
