Which bed will be more practical?

I am a FTM and need your expertise. Two beds, not sure which is better! The mickey mouse one is a rocking bed....but will the wooden bed last longer/older age? Let me know what you think!

Also the bars on the wooden one are too far apart. I'd be afraid of babies head getting caught in them and god forbid strangling them. Definitely would need a crib bumper with that one but even that wouldn't satisfy me

I bought a crib for my first that converts into a toddler bed, a day bed and finally a full size. I'll be doing the same thing with this one. I did use a pack n' play for my first for the first few months so she was able to sleep in our room, plus it took up less space than her crib and had a changing table attachment.

Like the other poster said the mickey bed will not last long at all. Maybe 6 or 7 months. Once baby can sit up, roll over, etc you won't be able to use it anymore. And the crib seems small and not very tall meaning once baby is learning to move around and stand they might be able to get out or fall out easily. 
I would find another one. Like the wooden one just a bit bigger. Many of them convert from crib to toddler beds and day beds. Think about what its going to be like when baby is 1 and older. You'll be wanting to use it for a few years so invest in one that looks safe and sturdy for a toddler. Don't just think newborn.

I would get a pack n play. There's no question about their safety and they're inexpensive. I've never seen cribs like these before.

These both seem very small. How long are you planning to use them? Once baby can sit up around 6 months they will both be extremely dangerous
