I've been trying to find the answer in Google, but can't. Hopefully one of you lovely ladies can share some insight :)

I had a miscarriage 3 weeks (and 1 day) ago; I was 5-6 wks. I started temping after the bleeding stopped, anxiously awaiting a normal cycle. My BBT has been erratic and, for the most part, lower than average. It's dropped as low as 96.8 twice and went as high as 98 twice. It's averaging about 97.4. This morning was also 97.4, so I'm assuming I haven't ovulated.

Any idea why this is the case? I read that, if anything, temps would be higher than avg and go back down once the body gets back to normal. My dr said it's not usual, but she'd be more worried if the temps were high (not much of an explanation). Plus the ultrasound machine was broken and the lab had closed by the time I went for blood work. Now I have to wait to find anything out. Help!
