Nipples ridiculously SORE!!

I'm 22+4. My nipples HURT they feel like hell when they're touched and when something grazes them or I take my bra off forget about it! I thought the nipple pain was over with my first trimester? Hubby doesn't really touch them ever since I told him nipples could leak during pregnancy (lmao) when he does he careful as to not irritate me. So it wasn't that...Anyone else experience this though?
