We bd everyday and sometimes miss a day. An LH surge lasts 12 hours. No way im missing that shit lol

With every other day you will guarantee sperm are waiting for the egg no matter if you skip a day or not. I know it seems like if we skip a day there's no sperm waiting but there's sperm in there still from the previous day. Remember sperm can live inside of you up to five days.

That is the million dollar question... Lol  I'd say if your in the mood don't not do it because you did it yesterday... But I'd do it at least EOD... But if you end up doing it a few days in a row woohoo.. Lol have fun with it 😊
