Stool softener safe for pregnancy?

Any ideas on safest most natural stool softener ?

They are. Actually some prenatals come with it. I tried them but they didn't work for me so my doctor said if I go more than 3 days without bowel movement then I can take milk of magnesia. I've had to take quite a few times lol

My doctor gave me a list of safe meds at my first prenatal appointment. If they didn't give you one just call and ask what ones are safe to take. I was allowed to take Miralax or Colace, and I'm high risk. Or you could even ask your pharmacist.
