I need advice/help

So I have gallstones. And I had another gallbladder attack last night. I woke up with severe upper back pain and pain in my upper abdomen. This is my second attack in 1 month and a half. My OBGYN hasn't really talked to me about my gallstones hasn't monitored them or anything. I don't know anything about them. I've had terrible heartburn for 2 days now. Nothing is helping. I'm 20 weeks and 2 days. And I don't want to go to the hospital because I'm scared they will want to do surgery and I don't want to risk my son :( I'm not hurting now I've just got terrible heartburn.
