Proactiv while breastfeeding?

My skin is at its absolute worst ever since about 4 weeks PP. I have no clue what to do for it and it's making me feel so gross. Has anyone used Proactiv while BF? Is it safe? I keep reading conflicting things. I'm desperate but won't use it if it's not safe. Help! Any suggestions for PP acne while breastfeeding welcome.

I think as long as it doesn't have retinol in it it's safe. I'm still pregnant but have had a horrible time with my skin and I've been using clear proof from Mary Kay ( they compare it to proactive) and doc said it was ok

When I was pregnant my skin was horrible! I used honey at least every other day and let it sit on my face for 15-20 mins and would wash off with warm water. There is also a company called Belli who makes a face wash and sulfur spot treatment that is safe for pregnancy and postpartum. Those 3 things helped improve my skin tremendously!
