Ok pain relievers?

I slept weird on my back and now I have a really bad muscle ache to the point it hurts when I breath in too deep. It's a holiday weekend so my dr's office is closed, I don't think it's an emergency but does anyone know of any over the counter pain relievers that are ok to take? I'm 9 weeks...in so much pain! 😤

Tylenol is really the only thing that's safe.

Tylenol is the only pain relievers safe to take during pregnancy. I use two different pregnancy tracking apps and the other one I use gives a list of medications that are safe to use. It's called Ovia if you would like to look it up.

Tylenol is it. If you feel you need to go to urgent care they may prescribe a narcotic if you ask. I can't remember which one my Dr said was safe, but that's about it.
