I had my first US yesterday at what I thought was 7 weeks. I measured 5 weeks with no yolk sac only a gestational sac. I have a follow up appt in one week. OB said if no progression it is probably a miscarriage. I do have a very irregular cycle at about 38/39 days so I am hoping this is the reason for the US result. If not, I will be devastated. I feel like time is moving backward. Has this happened to anyone and what was the outcome?
