14 weeks painful sex

So this is a random question I haven't had the best sex life since I got pregnant due to sickness at night ect but when my husband and I started again this week we start fine but half way through I dry up and it becomes painful I'm 14 weeks and I thought I would ok but it so sore I start to cry please help we have tried lube and it doesn't help
