Confused!
Hi, sorry if I cant explain very well my actual status, i am from Venezuelaand english isnt my first language. Im writing you because I was diagnosedwith insulin resistance just about 4 months ago, i've been trying to getpregnant but my gyn always said anovulation is an ideopathic disease. So, Iwas grtting frustrated, my relationship with my husband was turning awfullso i decided to go to an endocrine specialist and she diagnosed me withinsulin resistance, she prescribed me glucophage, even my echoes doesnt showcystic ovaries, but my period at least is back. I have been without periodabout 2 years, just with pills to make my period come, and the doctors doartificial insemination (obviously failed) twice! My lifestyle is veryhealthy, sometimes I have food cravings, now Im controlling my carbsintake, and i ve been running for 4 years and going to gym for 5. Here inVenezuela this disease is not common so its difficult to me find the rightinformation, i get confused with the diet and the running some people tellme that running doesnt help me to get pregnant, i dont know if you knowabout this. I really love to run, i run everyday like 6 kms and my sundayruns are maximum 13 kms, right know Im training for an half marathon in mycity, i just run 1 hour per day, another people says it helps for theinsulin, i dont know what to think. Im not overweight maybe 3 kgs above, im 168 cms tall and weight 69 kgs. Thank you and sorry for my language disaster!
