HELP? I had this after I went the toilet for a number 2 but don't no if it came out there or my vagina I'm 23 weeks pregnant should this be a worry!????

If it came from your bottom you may have hemorrhoids...have you been constipated? If from your vagina I would be checked. Next time you use the bathroom try to wipe each separately so you can tell the doctor exactly.

You should always wipe from front to back but never do both in one wipe. So you know where any discharge comes from and also to prevent from getting any bacteria in your parts. It's bright red and no clots, so I could be nothing too serious. I had bleeding this heavy during my last week of my first trimester and I turned out fine.(I am now 6 healthy months) But everyone is different so even if you don't go see a doctor, call your doc and ask/let her know what's going on. Hope all is well! 

Call your OB. They have an on call answering service and they will direct you what to do or which ER to get checked out at.

Go get checked ASAP
