Sperm friendly lube?

I'm so tired of TTC without lube since the ones we had aren't "sperm friendly". Has anyone here used sperm friendly lubricants and if so what were they and what was the approximate cost?

Conceive Plus is $18 on amazon and Astroglide TTC friendly lube is $11 on Amazon.... we really like conceive plus
