5 eggs and still not pregnant

We just finished our 3rd cycle of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IuI</a>. Sperm looks great (frozen donor sperm), all clear on my end (hsg clear, ovulating, etc) and (it's a long story but...) I ovulated 5!?!? Follicles this month. We still aren't pregnant. Any idea why?
