Question

So I'm moving to a different state soon and I know I have to find a doctor out there, but I have no idea how to go about doing that. Do I ask my current doctor for my medical records or do they send them via computer? I'm just worried everything is going to be really different with the switching of the doctors and hospitals and something is going to be messed up somewhere during the process. If any of you can help inform me that'd be great. I am working on getting an appointment with my current doctor one last time, but she won't call back and I'm a month late on going.
