Ectopic pregnancy

I was about 8 weeks pregnant. on December 16th the day before my first doctors apt I went to the hospital because I was bleeding.. It ended up being a ectopic pregnancy I had emergency surgery & lost my left Fallopian tube. When I went for a follow up with my doctor he did a ultrasound and told me that I had PCOS. I have now been on  3 rounds of Clomid I am waiting patiently to see if my last round is going to give me good results fingers crossed. Has anyone gone through this or have any advice for me.
